*sigh* See the sweet Apek's face.
Anyway, with no phone to call anyone, I'm told all of MAS' Europe bound flights are overbooked. Retards. By 11:55pm, I'm standing in front of the counters, waiting for MAS to give me money and send me to Pan Pacific, while the flight I'm suppose to be on leaves. Anyway, at the end of the night, I get free phone calls to anywhere in the world courteousy of MAS Manager on Duty, a night stay in a RM400 a night double room, a seat on the next flight and RM600. Sad la... All this cool shit and no friends to share it with. BAH... Now you see why MAS claims to lose money? On the KL-Heathrow flight alone, they had to compensate for 48 other people. Putting us on the next available flight means that another 48 people on the next Heathrow bound flight will have to be compensated. Snowball effect. Anyway, the poor man at the ticketing counter kept apologising countlessly and the worst part was it wasn't even his fault! I watched that poor man get scolded soooo many times. Seeeeeeeeee..... dah la losing money already. Haih.. Oh well, I finally got on a plane the next morning after spending a night at Pan Pacific (with no clothes because my bag was already checked in) and got to skip class the next day because I arrived late at night. *sigh* Emirates, here I come.

MAS... Oh MAS.... *sigh* MAS....
MAS has to be the most annoying, incompetent, haphazard, unorganized airlines to exist. It's annoying when you're travelling long distance and the last thing you expect to happen happens. My flight from KL to Heathrow was suppose to be at 11:55 pm on the 7th, so I checked in directly from Kuching and they told me to collect my KL-Heathrow ticket at the transfer counter. Unfortunately, I got jacked at the X-ray machine in Kuching and so goodbye to my phone. But then, on the plane, I met a friend that was the stewardess and I hadn't seen her for quite a number of years so it was a nice surprise. Just when I thought things were turning for the better, I reached the transfer counter in KL and the man tells me my flight is overbooked. OVERBOOKED. How in God's name do you overbook a damn flight!?!?!? *calms down* He sends me running to the check in counters on the 3rd/4th floor, and to make matters worst, a flight from Mecca just arrived so the arrival halls were packed with Muslims families waiting to see their loved ones. Bless them, but it does get really frustrating when its packed and when there's no way I'm going to push through a whole throng of ageing/aged people. It's just not right. Bless the Pak Ciks and Mak Ciks.

Exams and the Courageous Little Bird
I arrived back in school on the 8th of January and I've had exams from the 10th until today. Thank God it's going to end by Monday. One thing I hate about A Levels is how it's quite hard to 'tembak' what topics are coming out. Also, these angmoh people seem to love reading essays a lot. Everything seems to require writing essays. Also, I officially wasted 90 pounds to sit for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). Apparently, it's an English test that I don't need because I got an A1 for 1119 English in SPM but I'm taking it anyway. Why not right? Make myself feel better since it's the only class where I'm better than everyone else who come from places like China, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong, where English isn't their first language. I'm a bitch. Hehe... Oh well... I have my 1st Contract Law module tomorrow and it's a pain! Haven't really got down to finishing up studying but oh well.
Its shit windy today, as in zinc-roof-flying-off windy, as in Airport-Road-jam-because-trees-tumbang windy, that kind of windy ;) . The school's smoking hut officially disintergrated. I saw a really random thing just now. This is a story of a courageous bird and how it faced the evil winds. Was standing by the school field having a smoke with everyone else when I looked up to the sky and saw this bird flying against the wind direction, looking like it was having a hard time. Then all of a sudden, a sudden gust of wind came and blew the poor bird away, into the trees, and seconds later, the bird flies out of the trees and continues his journey fighting the evil wind. The End. LOL... Yeah... That's my story. Shows you how being bored in boarding school and exams make a person. Bless the bird.
